About Us


The Hand Post Therapy is owned and run by John Fitzgerald, who holds a Diploma in the Treatment and Management of Sports Injuries.

John has been involved in sports therapy for many years, and is currently the physio for Newport County AFC. He has previously held similar positions with Llanelli, Llanwern and Newport YMCA football clubs.

He has also worked with the Welsh under-17 and under-19 international football teams.

Directions

The clinic is situated in Stow Hill, Newport, South Wales.

Leave the M4 at Junction 27 and at the roundabout take the exit onto Glasllwch Crescent (B4591 signposted Newport).

At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Risca Road (B4591). Carry on forward to Stow Hill. The clinic is on the left.
